Based on the winning bid, the Seaside Residences price is expected to market at between $1400 to $1500 per square foot(psf).

The lack of residential sites in the area may see a good response for the project. The last time a site in the vicinity was sold is during 2001, the current Cote D’Azur condo. It is worthy to note Seaside Residences condo is within close proximity to two major eastern estates Marine Parade and Bedok. Both precinct are highly sought after due to its maturity offering a myriad of amenities and dining outlets.
