The site is uniquely located near nature parks and right at one of the exit of Ayer Rajah Expressway. Tapping on the low amount of government land sales and the increasing number of en blocs, Normanton Park Condo went on public tender in August 2017 and closed off in October. The HUDC estate was sold to Chinese firm Kingsford Huray Development at a whopping $830.1 million, being $30 million more than the reserve Normanton Park Condo price of $800 million.
