The Midtown Modern condo will be comprised of approximately 580 residential units across a site area of 124,071 square feet, which will feature one 30-storey highrise.

The site was purchased by the development partnership of three companies: Guocoland, Intrepid Investment and Hong Realty. The group won the bidding at S$800.19 million, equating to S$1,535 per-square-foot ppr.
