The former Vista Park condo(now Kent Ridge Hill Residences condo) had a total of 209 residential units that include townhouses with a 99 year lease that starts from 1979. Sitting on a 319,250 sq ft site, owners initially had a reserve price of $323 million and an asking price of $350 million to be sold collectively. The eventual selling price was at $418 million or 19.4% higher than the asking price. This means that owners will get between $1.39 million and S$4.18 million per unit, which is more than double the market price if they were to sell them individually.
