The new Fyve Derbyshire condo will be the product of a successful en bloc sale of the former Derby Court. The sale was through a tender and RH Developments, a subsidiary of Roxy-Pacific Holdings won the bid among 7 hopeful bidders including local developers, foreign developers and funds. With the winning bid at $73.88 million, the acquisition will mean that the Fyve Derbyshire price of land is about $1390 per square foot per plot ratio(psf ppr).
