SG’s government housing sector concluded the year at an encouraging scale, by having HDB resale price index enhancing almost 3% quarter-on-quarter in the fourth quarter of 2020, indicated Housing and Development Board display valuation issue on 4January21.

For the entire of 2020, resale house costs increased almost 5 percentage.

Housing and Development Board noted that the index “produces details on the general rate activities in the resale government housing sector”.

HDB said further that it will issue the RPI for the complete quarter, alongside the more precise public property information, on 22 Jan.

It publicized that it will provide more or less 37hundred Build-to-Order apartments in Bukit Batok, Tengah, TPY together with Kallang Whampoa in 02/2021.

“The plan features the latest Community Care Flat in Bt Batok,” it revealed.

In May, a different 3,800 Build-to-Order house in Geylang, Bt Merah, Tengah and also Woodlands are going to be made available.

“Given the economic unpredictability because of COVID-19, Housing and Development Board is keeping an eye on the property market closely and also are going to gauge the supply if required,” it shared.
