The sixth en bloc deal in 2017, buyers(Oxley Holdings, Lian Beng Group, Apricot Capital and entities of KSH Holdings and Heeton Holdings.) have to pay approximately $195 million to top up the lease to 99 years for Affinity at Serangoon.
